www.Tek-Micro.com ships packages Monday through Friday. Our times of operation are Monday through Friday from 6:30am Eastern time to 9pm Eastern time. We ship most orders same day before 9pm Eastern time if the order is placed by 6pm Eastern. We have multiple warehouses inside the United States and if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from separate warehouses. If this is the case we will inform you by email.
Free Best Method: Free
Depending on the size, weight, and value of your order, Tek-Micro will choose the method of delivery between US Mail, US Priority Mail, Fedex Ground, or UPS Ground.
All other shipping options are based on real-time rates from UPS.com and USPS.com. You have the option of ground shipping, 2 day shipping, overnight shipping and international shipping.
Return Process
Please email Sales@Tek-Micro.com prior to shipping an order back. Once contacted, we will be happy to provide a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your purchase. We will also pay shipping both ways. We will provide an RMA# and a return label by email for you to attach to your original order and box for return. Once tracking shows for the return we will issue a full refund.
